I've never seen Nameko ( sticky mashroom) in San Francisco.
Yuki : I wanna eat nameko miso soup!
but I found Okura at the farmer's market last week, and I got an idea!
The Okura I bought was about 1.5 times bigger than Japanese one. Anyway, I put them into miso soup. Ah~ it was good and tasted like nameko! Yes sticky, nebaneba!
