JAPADOG

I found interesting restaurant in Vancuver. It was 'Japadog' and very crowded.

Frog : are they selling Japanese dog?

Nyankichi Sensei : ........it's a hotdog...

I orderd very Oroshi-dog, which has daikon raddish on the top of hotdog. Yes, it was delicious but it was not delicious as delicious ramen (noodle). I was wondering why people want to have japadog that much! Maybe the reason is, people in Vancuver like hot-dog and Japanese food. Different from Sushi, the name of Japadog seems very casual and cheap healthy food? Am I right?!
