I cooked hard boiled egg. I had a problem, I couldn't peel the egg shell well. When I peeled, I take the white out too, and it ended up with ugly boild eggs.

 

Nyankichi -Sensei: you didn't cool the eggs down enough!

 

So I put the eggs into really cold water and wait for while. Surprisengly, the egg shell is peeled well! Beautiful boild eggs! yey!
