Do you know 'daikon candy', I heard it's good for cough and sore throat. So I tried!
#1 Cut daikon about 1/2 inch size
#2 Put into jar with a lot of honey. Pour honey until all the daikon are covered.
#3 Leave it in the refrigerator about 3 hours, then you will see shrank daikons floating in the honey.
You can eat the daikon syrup as it is, or you can mix it with water, or you can eat the daikon as it is. Daikon syrup is easy, delicious and good for cold!
