Yuki : My right shoulder which can handle everything I do is tiring now~! It's so stiff. oh no~.

 

Nowadays, golf-ball massage is my favorite.

Let's see how to do it!:

 

#1 Put the golf-ball on the floor(or carpet or tatami!)

#2 lie down on the golf-ball and adjust your body to fit the place you wanna push.

#3 move slowly. You will feel aching, but at the same time it's good!

Yuki : The good things about golf massage is that it allows you to control the pressure. 

Nyankichi-Sensei : Yeah, especially when you push around a shoulder blade, you will feel painful, but can be relax. The place called 'Tensou' is good place for Shiatsu. try it!
