I saw the person who looked like balloon today. S/he (couldn't tell the sex from far away) was about 4 times bigger than I. I was very surprised because I haven't seen people so called 'obesity' in San Francisco. But I've seen a lot of healthy athletes in S.F. I think, in general, many hill in S.F helps to keep people be healthy.
