I went to the restaurant called Yuki.
Yuki : This is my restaurant~!
Everybody : Okay, Okay...I know (it's not yours).
We ordered several sushi and quail egg. We didn't know how the quail eggs will be served. Surprisingly, the eggs were raw and came with Ikura (salmon egg) sushi! Quail eggs on Ikura sushi were very new for me!! The taste was very good, it was much better than I expected.
Chefs in Japan, please try this!
